Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

en77 employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. If you are found to be under the age of 21, your account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned to the payment method used, and any associated winnings or bonus balances will be voided without exception.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. en77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service on the Platform. en77's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in the event any liability is found to exist notwithstanding the limitations above, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

en77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player without prior contact with en77 support.
• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the Platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Any other conduct that en77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, en77 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity occurred, any legitimately held balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method. Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be voided upon account closure in all circumstances.
